Hybrid Senior FP&A Analyst: Strategic Finance Partner

A growing, industry-leading consumer brand is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This role will partner closely with leadership and play a key part in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support.

What You’ll Do:

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals

• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations

• Build financial models and deliver insights to senior leadership

• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools

• Partner cross-functionally to monitor costs and drive efficiency improvements

• Prepare financial reports for executive leadership and board-level presentations

• Assist with capital investment analysis and strategic initiatives

• Provide financial support for key projects, including product launches and expansion efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set

• Experience with planning tools (Adaptive, Workday, Anaplan, etc.) preferred

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Strong communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

• High attention to detail and accuracy
