Vice President, Corporate Strategy
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Strategy to play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term direction and driving enterprise-wide impact.
Corporate Strategy sits at the center of Disney's most important decisions—partnering with senior leadership, segments, and the Board to define strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and inform capital allocation decisions across the enterprise while positioning Disney for long-term success.

Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen, including modeling, valuation, and capital allocation analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media, entertainment, or technology industries
- Background in corporate strategy, business development, or investment roles
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $236,600 - $316,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
