Medical Device Company looking for Radioassay Technician (1 year contract)

Salary: $26 - $27 per hour

Class 3 Medical Device Company

Hourly Pay + Overtime

• Routine radioactivity measurements including source measurements.
• Daily check and maintenance of instrumentation.
• Radioassay and Quality Management System Program.
• Final Quality Control – back‑up support.
• Customer source complaints and returns for calibration – back‑up support.
• Laboratory record keeping, paperwork handling, and filing.
• Performs other duties as required by management.

• Minimum education (or substitute experience) required: AA degree in a technical field. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum experience required: 1-2 years of experience in an Operations, Production, or Laboratory setting.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must be able to travel and work in Valencia and Burbank.
• Must be available to work overtime as required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent planning, organization, and flexibility to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
• Motivated self‑starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in Final QC a plus.
