Overview
Our Client is looking for someone with experience in administrative duties (non‑clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting to assist inbound calls from patients. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in the industry, is comfortable with repetitive work, and can assist patients via telephone. The candidate should have a clear understanding of how HMOs work within a medical group or health system.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with inbound patient calls, perform administrative support tasks, manage patient demographics, verify insurance and provide patient services.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range is $21.00 – $21.00 per hour.
