Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Aesthetic RN or NP who shares our passion for skin health and natural rejuvenation. The ideal candidate is a confident, highly skilled injector who takes a holistic approach to facial aesthetics and is dedicated to patient education, safety, and trust. This role requires a professional with advanced proficiency in injectable treatments and energy-based modalities who can deliver results that align with our clinic’s commitment to refined, restorative beauty.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive skin and facial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans centered on long‑term skin health and natural enhancement.
- Administer a full range of aesthetic treatments, including:
- Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Daxxify)
- Dermal Fillers (HA and biostimulatory fillers)
- EZ Gel and PRP for regenerative and collagen‑stimulating therapies
- Vivace RF Microneedling and other RF Microneedling treatments for skin tightening, texture improvement, and collagen renewal
- Laser treatments, including IPL, Laser Genesis
- Experience or interest in GLP‑1 and/or Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) a plus
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and maintenance plans for sustained results.
- Ability to be a lead provider who can function independently.
- Maintain impeccable safety standards, documentation, and compliance with California medical regulations.
- Provide post‑treatment care guidance and ensure patient satisfaction through follow‑up and ongoing relationship management.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and clinical advancements in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a supportive, patient‑centered environment consistent with the Skin + Body by Smooth Med brand.
- Active California RN or NP license in good standing.
- Minimum 2+ years of aesthetic experience, with demonstrated expertise in injectables and device‑based treatments.
- Strong foundation in facial anatomy, aesthetic balance, and regenerative skincare science.
- Skilled in patient communication with a calm, professional, and compassionate approach.
- Commitment to continuing education and excellence in clinical practice.
