Job Description

The Practice Coordinator for the Providence Neurovascular Center is responsible for assuring a comprehensive process, updated data base and the integrity of the referral process for patients to both physicians and specific services housed in the center. The Practice Coordinator will establish and maintain an updated overview of neurovascular resources available within the Providence Neurovascular Center and its associated membership of individual physicians and clinicians.

Maintains an up to date knowledge base to process calls for physician referrals, general neurovascular disease site information. Develops and maintains a database of numbers, types of calls and responses to those calls. Devises and implements a system for follow up to assure that callers needs have been met.

• Experience dealing with confidential information and knowledge of privacy laws.

• Work experience in an neurovascular clinical setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
