Licensed Master Social Worker

About the Position
Pay Rate: $53.00 - $57.00/Hourly.
Summary:
An MSW applies clinical knowledge, social systems theory, and evidence-based interventions to support clients facing emotional, social, medical, or economic challenges. Depending on licensure and specialization, an MSW may provide therapy, case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and program coordination.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychosocial assessments.
Diagnose mental health conditions (where licensed and permitted).
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, or group therapy.
Maintain confidential client records.
Requirements
Requirements:
2-year acute medical Social Work experience performing both roles of Social work and discharge planning
Epic experience Required,
BLS Certification,
LMSW (Licensed Masters of Social Work).
