Cardiology Technician- Per Diem

Description

Cardiology Technician at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, Burbank, CA. Per Diem 8‑hour Day shifts.

Assists in daily operations of the Cardiodiagnostics Department performing electrocardiograms, cardiac stress tests, and other non‑invasive diagnostic cardiology procedures for patients as directed according to established standards and practices. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age‑specific patient populations (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics) and participates in related continuing education.

• Coursework/Training in ECG, EKG Interpretation, Treadmill, Holter scanning.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Minimum six months of experience as an ECG technician.

Pay range: $27.97–$40.44 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
