Part Time Position

Job Overview:
Set up of Banquet Room and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to high standards of quality.

Compensation: $16.50/Service fees

Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet

* • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness

* Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience

* Deliver guests' food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction

* After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it's perfectly prepared for the next event

* Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies

* Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities.

Physical Demands:

* Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs

* Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment

* Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

Education:

* High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

* Minimum of 1 year Banquet Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred

* Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required

* Food Handlers Certification required
