Set up of Banquet Room and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to high standards of quality.

• Deliver best‑in‑class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience.
• Deliver guests’ food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction.
• After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it’s perfectly prepared for the next event.
• Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities.

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs.
• Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment.
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas.

• Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year Banquet Server experience in a similar role; size of operation preferred;
  Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required;
  Food Handlers Certification required.
