About the Role:
As the Manager, you will be the driving force behind operations, service, and financial performance. You'll bring proven expertise in fine dining and beverage innovation, coupled with the leadership skills to inspire a passionate team. This is a rare opportunity to helm one of the most exclusive restaurant experiences in the region.
Who You Are- Proven senior-level of 5+ years of experience in upscale dining, cocktail lounges, or luxury hospitality environments with 5+ years
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop teams
- Deep understanding of service excellence, guest relations, and revenue management
- Creative flair, high energy, and a love for crafting memorable experiences
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in a dynamic, guest-centric environment
