Next Gen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a talented Beverage Director / Bar Manager to elevate our upscale restaurant in Burbank. This full-time, on-site position presents a unique opportunity to lead our beverage program and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a dynamic dining environment.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our beverage offerings, overseeing the bar operations, and managing a team of passionate professionals. Your expertise will not only enhance our drink menu but also play a pivotal role in aligning our beverage strategy with our company's vision for exceptional hospitality. A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually reflects our commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an innovative beverage program that aligns with the restaurant's concept
  • Supervise and train bar staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area
  • Design cocktail menus and create unique drink offerings
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of beverage supplies
  • Monitor sales and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the dining experience
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Beverage Director or Bar Manager in a high-end restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of beverage trends, cocktails, and spirits
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills

    Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of wine pairing and beverage service best practices is a plus
