Success Factors Project/Program Manager responsibilities include leading, coordinating and driving project delivery for Success Factors implementations, performing business needs analyses, and ensuring successful delivery to enhance client functionality and performance within the PwC network and SAP ecosystem.

• Lead, coordinate and drive project delivery for Success Factors implementations.
• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
• Take ownership and manage the delivery of SAP projects to enhance our client's business functionality and overall performance. Provide SME advice and guide project team members to connect with the relevant expertise in the global PwC network, SAP community or external stakeholders for issue resolution, risk mitigation and solutioning for Success Factors implementations.
• Manage project financials.
• Support the SAP practice in leading business development efforts, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.
• Support team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects.
• Support SAP capability leader in practice management initiatives such as recruitment and developing others.
• Have the ability to review and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.
• Deep client engagement skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Have experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
• Liaise with application management and legacy IT support teams.
• Relationships, capability and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, Docusign and Centrical etc. will be a plus point.
