Business Systems Analyst IV

Our client, a leader in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the Content Licensing Systems Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales Planning, Contract Administration, Finance, and Legal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst IV

Location: Burbank, CA 91505

Pay Range: $70 to $75 on W2

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Teams, and Business Users to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
• Create detailed artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes to guide development and implementation.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend future state improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Connect business goals with technology solutions, supporting licensing and content management systems.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, with strong documentation skills for complex user stories.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and end users effectively.
• Experience analyzing business processes and recommending innovative solutions for process improvement.
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL queries, and licensing management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
