Location: CA – Burbank (Hybrid – 3-days on-site)

Must Have Skills / Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in enterprise-level, technology-driven environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in AWS cloud services, serverless architectures, and microservices, with the ability to understand and support complex technical discussions about data management platforms and enterprise technology architecture.
  • Deep experience with agile tools (including JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with a demonstrated focus on delivering business impact.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A mindset focused on iterative improvement and practical problem solving, ensuring that agile processes serve to accelerate value creation rather than constrain innovation.
    • Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, financial reporting systems, and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable.
  • Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) preferred.
