Our client, a leading organization in the entertainment and media industry, is seeking a Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI Lead to join their innovative team. As a Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI Lead, you will be part of the Monetization and Studio Tech organization supporting revenue systems and transactional platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Burbank, CA Hybrid
What's the Job?- Set the vision and roadmap for Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI initiatives aligned with business growth strategies.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across data science, applied AI/ML, experimentation, and data analytics.
- Drive advanced analytics and AI use cases including personalization, forecasting, optimization, and decision intelligence.
- Partner with stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and leadership to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Establish responsible AI and data governance practices, ensuring ethical and effective deployment of models.
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or AI with significant leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and applied AI, with a strong understanding of modern analytics ecosystems.
- Experience in product and digital analytics, experimentation frameworks, and customer behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in ML concepts, architectures, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business narratives.
