SummarySeeking a Lead Data Analyst for required external worker data activities in our current vendor management system (Beeline)
Responsibilities- Define the requirements for the EW Data Collection Tool to support worker data review, and cost coding changes based on Legal Entity shifts.
- Develop automation strategy for document extraction from Beeline.
- Develop transformation logic for data mapping.
- Data extracts from Beeline, mapping, and preparation for data loads into the EW Data Collection Tool.
- Prepare data load templates for data migration to Beeline.
- Data validation activities, including master data, volume counts, and spot checks.
- Identify additional areas to apply automation and develop for EW data collection and migration preparation.
- 5+ years of experience in Excel;
Macros, Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc. - 5+ years of experience with Copilot or other AI equivalent experience
- Experience with database technologies.
- Familiarity with the use of AI tools and automation for data extraction and collection.
- 5+ years of experience communicating with Stakeholders and Technical teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple testing activities in parallel.
- Demonstrated history of success.
- Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions.
- Familiarity with data validation, testing, and cutover support.
BS in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field is required.
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $55.00/hr.
- USD $61.00/hr exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location. We also offer comprehensive benefits.
