Business Systems Analyst III

Our client, a leader in digital media and content distribution, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will be part of the Digital Content Operations Department supporting content workflows and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$65 - $70 on hourly W2

• Lead end-to-end analysis of digital content workflows, documenting steps, dependencies, pain points, and data touchpoints.
• Map multiple ingestion and content-availability paths, identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes support accurate, timely, and scalable digital content delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery milestones across multiple work streams.

• 5–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or hybrid BA/PM.
• Experience with digital media operations, content distribution, publishing workflows, or licensing processes—strongly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to analyze complex workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field; advanced degree a plus.
