Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative PMO team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and creative marketing, supporting high-impact initiatives .The ideal candidate is a strong servant-leader with deep agile expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, data-driven programs in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay range :$80/hr on w2 to $85/hr on w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple departments and stakeholder groups
• Ensure teams meet commitments by driving effective planning, execution, and delivery
• Foster collaboration, communication, and alignment across teams with competing priorities
• Promote and evangelize consistent agile and portfolio management best practices
• Identify, surface, and remove impediments impacting team velocity and delivery
• Serve as a servant-leader, cultivating healthy team dynamics and high levels of agility and self-organization
• Provide end-to-end program management support to drive initiatives to successful completion
• Communicate program and project status to a broad audience, including senior and executive leadership
• Support agile planning processes across multiple teams within the PMO

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Program Manager in a technical or analytical environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required
  (PMI-ACP, CSP, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred)
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies with a proven record of improving team productivity
• Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and bridge technical and business teams
• Experience working across multiple time zones and diverse stakeholder groups
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and making thoughtful decisions with limited data
