JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Product Owner to support Motion Picture Production business systems and reporting solutions. This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, and delivery of solutions supporting production workflows and production finance tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership, business analysis, Agile methodologies, BI reporting platforms, and stakeholder management within large enterprise environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Serve as the primary point of contact for production workflow and production finance tracking applications across multiple studio labels and content types.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and product enhancements.
Define, groom, prioritize, and accept user stories within JIRA.
Partner with business stakeholders, development teams, and analysts to deliver scalable and intuitive business solutions.
Develop and maintain product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
Manage application administration, user access audits, cloud infrastructure maintenance activities, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new data sources and reporting requirements.
Design and deliver dashboards, dossiers, and reporting visualizations using Micro Strategy and other BI platforms.
Define and track KPIs that support business initiatives, investments, and operational performance.
Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and successes to both technical and executive audiences.
Must have Skills:
7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise-level business and technology initiatives.
5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
3+ years of Agile SCRUM experience.
3+ years of Micro Strategy (Cloud/MCE preferred) or equivalent BI reporting platform experience.
Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Expertise creating and managing user stories, backlogs, and Agile workflows within JIRA.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing multiple applications, platforms, and vendor relationships simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within Consumer Technology, SaaS, Fin Tech, eCommerce, Subscription Services, or Digital Consumer Products, where personalized customer engagement and retention are key business drivers.
