The Senior Product Manager – Emerging Technology will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by identifying, conceptualizing, and delivering innovative products that leverage the latest advancements in technology.

This role requires a strong background in managing complex programs, a product-oriented mindset to define capabilities that meet user and business needs, and the ability to translate emerging technology into meaningful, scalable solutions.

• Contribute to the vision and roadmap for emerging technology products, staying ahead of trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, extended reality, robotics, spatial intelligence, and other disruptive technologies
• Execute iterative product development approaches from ideation and proof of concept through prototype development and initial product launch
• Collaborate with engineering, product design, delivery teams, and external partners to support development and delivery of product capabilities
• Define and prioritize compelling use cases aligned with business objectives
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably within emerging technologies
• Experience with iterative, test-and-learn product development, including POC and prototype execution
• Strong ability to solve technical, user, and business challenges in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
• Proven analytical skills, leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions
• Experience working within cross-functional agile teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive ideas from concept to execution
• Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and Confluence
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-driven technologies
