Duration: 6 Months Rate Range:
Upto $92.5/hr on W2 Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Requirements gathering and documentation (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria) Traceability matrix and gap analysis Jira and Confluence UAT coordination and test scenario development

Gather and document functional and non-functional IAM requirements Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria Lead stakeholder workshops across security, IT, and business teams Maintain traceability matrix for all requirements Support sprint planning and backlog refinement Perform current vs target state gap analysis for access processes Develop process flows and data flow diagrams Coordinate UAT and track results against acceptance criteria Mentor junior analysts and enforce documentation standards

3+ years in business analysis within security, IAM, or enterprise systems Strong experience with Agile and Scrum delivery Ability to translate technical IAM concepts into business terms Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

CBAP or PMI-PBA certification Experience with IGA, PAM, or Secrets management BPMN or process modeling tools Background in cybersecurity programs Master's degree
