Pay Rate: $85 to $90/HR

10 to 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, which highlights experience in Business Service Management solutions and ITIL Process.

8+ years of experience in working for Infrastructure management Services for designing solutions as Solution Architect.

8+ years of hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.

Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset.

Experience in development of custom modules and scoped applications.

Experience in other modules like Portal, Task Communication Management, PPM, Time Card, etc.

Experience in the use of Integration Hub, Agent Workspace and CICD app creator and app repository for development of scoped application.

Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with other external tools.

Hands-on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Angular JS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX.

Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc...)

Majorly worked in heterogeneous environments including IT/Non-IT for Solution Designing, Project Management, Process Consulting, Integrations, and Implementation for various tools & processes.

Integration experience with a major tool like ITSM, Monitoring, Automation, Manager-Of-Manager and reporting.

Experience in integration of tools with CMDB, automation, monitoring & Discovery products.

Experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, DB connector, plugins, etc.)

Good Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes.

ITIL expert v3 certified (Preferred)
