Role Overview We're looking for a mid-level ERP Technical Analyst to build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI. You'll work with business stakeholders, analysts, and database teams to turn data requirements into clear reports and dashboards.

• Build interactive Power BI dashboards from Oracle ERP and other data sources.
• Develop data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns.
• Connect Power BI to the data warehouse/lake or Oracle DB (Direct Query or import mode).
• Apply row-level security and manage workspace access and report distribution.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years with Manufacturing in ERP (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Syspro, Net Suite)
• Good Understanding of Data Structures & Data Models for Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, Inventory, Work Order, Quality, etc)
• Familiarity with building reports/dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
• Comfortable with SQL/PL/SQL joins, analytic functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and version control (Git or similar).

• Oracle ERP Background, Oracle OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or Fusion Analytics.
• Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics).
• XML/XSL-FO for BI Publisher templates.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Python or R for data prep.
• Power BI Premium or Embedded.
