Seeking a Production System Engineer position to perform a variety of specialized and complex activities involved in the installation, configuration, set-up, operations, modification and repair of broadcast/media endpoints, automated office, and conference equipment, systems and related hardware and software.
Services and Infrastructure Support and ManagementFacilitates and manage technology projects including but not limited to streaming network infrastructure implementation, wireless radio infrastructure implementation, server maintenance and upgrade.
Participates in planning for the system infrastructure, participates in evaluating new technologies, in researching network and system configurations for future implementation.
Engages with clients to establish the requirements/needs, design & present the solution and propose/execute the procurement/install/commission/test/train plan.
Performs infrastructure management / maintenance tasks
Manages conference rooms
Performs user identity administrations – Works with Disney HR/CRM/BU to ensure the timely deployment and provisioining of user accounts and assets
Performs O365 service administration tasks for Production Collaboration / Email service which includes –
User account / Email account provisioning
Sharepoint administration
Authentication / Security Management
Audit / Reports
Oversees provision of access to internal streaming services. Performs account
administration tasks of user account creation and scheduling as well as onsite service request for streaming as needed.
Works with the leadership to execute Asset Management / Procurement across the board for Disney production groups
Supports as tier 1 for Network services for production area/workflows.
Responds to system/network outages, escape and participate in collaboratative remediation sessions
End User Support & Production SupportProvides end user production/workplace support including incident resolutions, asset management, patch/upgrade management, software installations/troubleshooting and general Q&A across PC, Mac, Smartphones, Tablets, and Peripherals – creative pherifers includes Cyntiq.
Provides onsite end user support during broadcast/media production hours including nights and weekends as scheduled.
Manages and supports network infrastructure services for multiple locations.
Partners with other technology teams across the organization and also with external IT partners to function as technical liaison to carry out implementation and resolution.
Partners with other production technology and media engineering teams to support production network and hardware.
Organizes and executes office moves and asset reallocations
Performs OS imaging tasks and maintains standards for all platforms for studios
Performs preventative maintenance on all systems and equipment in order to ensure optimum performance.

RequirementsProven track record providing end user IT services.
Minimum 5 years of experience as support analyst/engineer including image creation/build, OS installation/troubleshooting
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows (10/11), macOS, and Microsoft 365 apps. Image build and deployment experience
Competency using JAMF/InTune/SCCM
Emphasis on sharing of knowledge through good communications, peer training, and written documentation
Ability to work independently without oversight
Must be a go-getter and take initiative on a regular basis finding ways to avoid problems proactively rather than just fixing them after the fact

EducationBS/BA degree in relavant technical discipline
