A bit about usWe are a well‑established labor and employment firm plaintiff side law firm with attorneys that offer big law strategy but care about each client. We fight for clients harmed by age, disability, race, or pregnancy discrimination, hostile workplace and more. We secure 6 and 7 figure settlements for our clients and are looking for an attorney to join our team that can deliver similar results.

- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including but not limited to employment contracts, wage and hour laws, workplace safety, discrimination, and harassment claims.
- Represent the organization in labor and employment disputes, including mediations, arbitrations, and litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
- Draft, review, and revise employment policies, procedures, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law issues, and provide proactive legal advice and solutions to mitigate legal risks.
- Negotiate and resolve labor disputes and grievances, and provide legal support in collective bargaining negotiations.
- Deliver training and workshops to management and employees on labor and employment law topics.
- Stay informed of developments in labor and employment law, and advise management on potential impacts to the organization.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in CA, within driving distance of Burbank is ideal.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney, with a track record of effectively handling labor and employment matters.
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and arbitration skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and business‑friendly legal advice.
- High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
