As our firm continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Pre‑Litigation team.

• Conduct client interviews to gather case details and evaluate needs
• Develop and manage individualized case strategies and timelines
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date case records
• Oversee and coordinate medical treatment scheduling
• Manage property damage claims from start to resolution
• Monitor case progress, making adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and team members

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager in a law firm setting (required)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Familiarity with legal case management software (experience with CASEpeer is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related medical terminology
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to reliably commute to Burbank, CA (onsite role)

Job Type: Full-time | 40 hours per week
