Dispatcher, Supply Chain​/Logistics

L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. The position is in office at 10639 Wixom St, Sun Valley, CA 91352.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch, schedule, and coordinate the logistics of service calls for Drain Technicians.
• Maintain organization and handle multiple tasks for different clients and field employees simultaneously.

Schedule:

• Sunday 8 am - 5 pm
• Monday 11 am - 8 pm
• Tuesday 11 am - 8 pm
• Wednesday 11 am - 8 pm
• Thursday 1 pm - 10 pm
• Friday Off
• Saturday Off

Qualifications:

• High school education or GED; associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
• Proven flexibility and dependable performance.
• Outstanding customer‑service skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain focused and professional in a high‑pressure environment.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work successfully and efficiently with other team members.

Pay range: $21-23 per hour.
