Supply Technician; OA NF

Duties

Assist in the management and accountability of assigned property and performs a wide variety of supply clerical functions to include the requisition, receipt, storage, issue, and transfer of property items.

Complies with procedures for maintaining property transaction records, and participates in the conduct of inventories for property accountability.

Coordinates all supply requirements for activities serviced (i.e. GSA Supply / Stock Fund) to include any required liaison requirements with agencies such as the Defense Contracting Command.

Moves and/or carries furniture and equipment on a regular basis using lifting/moving devices. Some heavy lifting is involved without assistance.

Utilizes automated data processing systems to fully automate processes involved with supply and acquisition. Ensures that program goals are met by guarding against and reducing fraud, waste, and abuse.
