What you’ll do:

Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and related facility equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Inspect, diagnose, and document facility conditions, identifying repair and replacement needs. Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and reassemble plumbing fixtures and equipment. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors as needed. Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and parts procurement while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Maintain vehicles and equipment in proper working order, performing basic mechanical upkeep and safety checks. Collaborate with management and team members to support facility operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
