Responsibilities
- Proactively manages the branch operations and staff
- Oversees member interactions and resolves issues
- Supports achievement of retail branch sales goals
- Builds knowledge in operational tasks like cash handling and document completion
- Ensures compliance with laws and regulations
- Creates new deposit relationships and fosters a superior member experience
- Assists in planning and coordinating branch activities
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum - High School or GE
- 2 – 3 Years of Experience Preferred
- Must have prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically branch operations
- Previous branch operations management experience is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of loan and deposit products and services
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products
- Must obtain Notary License, Medallion Signature training and obtain CCUFC certification within six months
- Experience using the Symitar system is considered a plus
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and the work schedules of others
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Notary License
