Sales Operations Manager (Onsite)

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the strategic and tactical operations of our growing Practice Solutions team. This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of over 80 individuals, including both domestic and overseas staff, and driving operational excellence through optimized workflows, tools, and structure.

This role requires a bird's-eye view across people, processes, and technology, ensuring a high-performing, well-coordinated sales support function. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in sales operations, team management (especially remote teams), and cross-functional process ownership.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing a global team of 80+ staff, designing and implementing end-to-end sales operations workflows, owning and maintaining team structure documentation, driving continuous improvement, overseeing CRM and sales enablement platforms, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, and Intake teams, developing training, SOPs, and KPIs, and monitoring performance metrics.

Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in sales operations, client services, or business operations, preferably in a high-volume professional services or legal setting; demonstrated success in leading large teams, including offshore and remote staff; strong experience with CRM tools and process automation platforms; fluency or high proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred; exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills; ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution and operational rigor;

high attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
