About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role calls for a visionary leader who builds and stabilizes cohesive teams, champions teaching over doing, and possesses the financial and operational insight to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:To ensure
- Team Leadership:
Build, retain, and develop a high-performing team, supported by Assistant Managers, fostering stability and growth. - Mentorship:
Act as a teacher, focusing on empowering and developing team members rather than taking on tasks solo. - Financial Management:
Demonstrate a strong grasp of financials, including budgeting, cost management, and P&L oversight. - Sound Decision-Making:
Make informed, strategic decisions that align with business goals and enhance team performance. - Delegation:
Effectively delegate responsibilities to team members to maximize operational efficiency. - Employee Retention:
Create an inclusive environment that values each team member, reducing turnover and strengthening team cohesion. - Communication:
Listen actively, handle feedback professionally, and maintain open communication channels with team members and leadership. - Emotional Intelligence:
Manage emotions effectively, fostering a positive workplace even under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, with direct responsibility for financial outcomes.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Proven ability to lead, stabilize, and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and guest service excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Typical restaurant environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
