  • Perform complex setups with minimal supervision, including tooling selection and offsets
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.) to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Support prototype and low-volume production work with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain proper documentation for jobs, including setup sheets and inspection records
  • Collaborate with engineering on design for manufacturability and process improvements
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machining preferred
  • 3+ years of machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
  • Experience working with tight tolerances and complex part geometries
  • Proficiency with standard inspection tools and quality practices
  • Experience in medical device, aerospace, or other high-precision industries is a plus

  • Required use of appropriate PPE
Why Join MMT
  • Work on highly specialized, precision-driven products
