• Complete tool, fixture, and material setup on CNC Swiss-style machine (Dual Spindle Dual Turret) and Eurotech Rapido type machines.
• Run first-piece articles to make them ready for inspection.
• Verify parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Change tools and offsets based on cutting conditions.
• Use proper methodology and cutting tools to produce quality parts that adhere to production and quality standards.
• Apply appropriate feed rates, speeds, and cutting parameters for workpiece metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconel.
• Revise programs as needed based on engineering or production changes.
• Participate in troubleshooting CNC programming and production‑related issues on the shop floor.
• Perform post‑processing of hardware as required.
• Perform other similar or related duties as required.

• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC operation with setup experience.
• Experience with a dual spindle dual turret lathe or Swiss machine is a plus.
• Some programming software experience is a plus.
• General knowledge of GD&T and inspection tools.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Machinist trade certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication.
• Experience with precision inspection tooling (calipers, thread gauges, micrometers, bore gauges, air gauges, etc.).

Schedule:

Night Shift, Monday–Friday, 4:30pm – 3:00am.

Compensation:
Salary Range $22.00–$28.00 per hour, with a 10% shift premium and up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly.
