Chemical Engineer
As a Research Chemist in our Aerospace Sealants team, you will focus on hands‑on laboratory work, data‑driven process improvement, and cross‑team collaboration with sales and manufacturing groups to provide product technical support, including raw material validation and customer specification testing.

Key Responsibilities- Exhibit the highest degree of safety and ethics, and promote a culture of safety
- Design, formulate and compound Aerospace sealants products
- Organize and conduct experiments to evaluate material properties
- Document experimental methods, results, and process updates
- Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing and Sales teams to support project goals
- Communicate findings through reports and technical presentations
- Commitment to safe laboratory practices
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in specialty chemical manufacturing or process development
- Hands‑on experience with organic synthesis, or experience in the coatings and sealants formulation industry
- Familiarity with reaction kinetics, scale‑up, and process optimization
- Proficiency with digital tools for data collection and documentation
- Strong understanding of process development principles for production scale‑up
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
