MAD Engine is looking for an experienced Senior Import Production Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end production process for imported apparel and accessories, collaborating with Product Development, Design, Sourcing, and Quality teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve business objectives.
- 7+ years of apparel/accessories production experience
- Strong expertise in import production and overseas vendor management
- Deep understanding of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Experience managing production timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
