This position is with a globally recognized Aerospace and Electronics manufacturer that designs and produces mission-critical systems for commercial and defense aviation. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly operational, supporting repair and overhaul services that are critical to aircraft performance and safety.

In this Aftermarket Materials Supervisor role, you'll lead a team responsible for ensuring materials are available to support repair timelines and inventory targets. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing inventory, resolving shortages, and partnering across departments to meet customer commitments.

Aftermarket Materials Supervisor Duties:

• Supervise a team of planners and receiving staff to ensure material availability for repair and spares operations
• Manage inventory levels, shortages, and material flow to support repair turnaround timelines
• Run and analyze reports related to forecasting, inventory, and performance metrics
• Partner with supply chain, production, and operations teams to resolve material issues
• Lead daily team meetings and monitor key performance indicators related to inventory and turnaround performance

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexibility to start earlier)

Pay:

• $110,000 – $135,000 per year
• Annual bonus potential

Aftermarket Materials Supervisor Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of materials planning and inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing a team of 3 or more employees
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory, planning, and order management
• Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as aerospace, automotive, or similar (ITAR or EAR exposure)
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. In compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations, candidates must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by ITAR).
