Understand work orders, blueprints, and machining parameters;
Maintain specifications and troubleshoot tool wear or machine malfunctions;
Measure finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges to GD&T standards;
Document and communicate shift-to-shift actions and continuity of operations;
Monitor machine sounds and vibrations to identify dull tools and compensate as needed
