Are you an experienced production leader with a passion for global sourcing and apparel manufacturing? MAD Engine Global is looking for a Senior Import Production Manager to lead overseas production and help deliver high-quality products for some of the world's leading retailers.
Oversee end-to-end import production from development through final shipment
Build and manage relationships with overseas vendors and manufacturing partners
Drive production schedules, quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
Review samples, trims, lab dips, and production approvals
Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Sourcing, and Quality teams to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvements
- 7+ years of apparel or accessories production management experience
- Strong expertise in import production, garment construction, and manufacturing processes
- Experience managing overseas vendors and production timelines
- Knowledge of PLM, ERP, or production tracking systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with licensed or branded products is a plus
