Handling and Staging:
Carefully remove, sort, and stage windows. Coordinate seamlessly with a partner or team to lift and transport oversized windows that are too heavy or fragile for a single person. Inspect windows and frames for chips, scratches, or transit damage before moving them to the staging area. Open bales, crates, and other containers. Ability to push and pull weights often exceeding 50 lbs.

The role requires repetitive bending, kneeling, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Work is performed inside unventilated, non-temperature-controlled containers. These spaces can become dark, cramped, and extremely hot, particularly during the summer months. Mandatory personal protective equipment includes steel-toed boots, heavy-duty cut-resistant gloves, and back support belts.

Pay Rate: $19.00 Hourly

Pay range $16.90-$85.00
