Do you have a passion for garment construction, fit, and bringing great designs to life? MAD Engine Global is looking for a Technical Designer to join our US Wholesale Production team and help develop high-quality apparel for leading national retailers.
- Create and maintain technical packages, specs, BOMs, and grading
- Lead fit sessions and ensure consistent garment fit and construction
- Partner with overseas factories to resolve technical and production challenges
- Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Production, and Sourcing teams
- Ensure products meet quality, retailer, and production standards
- 3–5+ years of Technical Design experience in apparel
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern interpretation
- Experience creating tech packs for knit and/or woven apparel
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with licensed apparel, private label, or major retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Kohl's, Ross, TJX, Burlington, etc.) is a plus
