The Opportunity:This is marketing seat #1. You won't inherit a playbook—you'll write it.
As our lead product marketer, you’ll
-shape how our proprietary patent-pending products show up in the market: the positioning, the messaging, the campaigns, and the content. You'll collaborate directly with our Director of the CDG Propel Lab and the AI engineering team to launch products that deliver enterprise-quality training to businesses of all sizes. You'll have the stability of an established company with the autonomy and management vision of an early-stage venture.
This Role Is For You If:
- You want to design and activate the entire marketing function, not just a slice of it
- You’re energized by building strategies from scratch and figuring things out along the way
- You write compelling copy, build a landing page, and present to leadership—all in the same week
- You're obsessed with understanding our customers and translating their pain points into messaging that resonates and inspires them to purchase our products
- You embrace metrics—all of them. Including the ones we haven’t thought about yet
- You're already using AI tools to 10x your output—and you can't imagine working without them
- Develop and execute the launch strategies for our current and future products
- Define positioning and messaging that differentiates us in a nascent market
- Identify target segments and build buyer personas based on real customer research
- Create compelling content across the funnel: website copy, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, webinars, and social
- Build that attract customers and optimize landing pages that convert
- Develop thought leadership that establishes our product as an innovator
- Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and demo scripts to communicate your strategy
- Design our sales efforts with the messaging and materials needed to close deals
- Develop competitive intelligence and train the team on how to win against alternatives
- Conduct customer interviews and synthesize insights into actionable strategy
- Monitor competitors and market trends to evolve our positioning and stay ahead of the curve
- Build feedback loops between customers, product, and marketing
Required:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, B2B SaaS is preferred
- Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong writing skills—you can craft everything from taglines to long-form content
- Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales/GTM teams
- Conversant with marketing/analytics tools (Hub Spot Breeze, Google Analytics, Brand
24, etc.) - Ability to create basic visual assets and landing pages (Figma, Canva Magic Studio, Webflow, or similar)
