Communications Coordinator

Pay Range $28.74/hr - $32.74/hr

The main function of the communications coordinator is to provide high-level marketing administrative support by developing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns that align with the organization’s brand identity.

Requirement/Must Have:
  • Experience exercising initiative and delivering solution-oriented results - 1+ years.
  • Adaptability to technologies - 1+ years; ability to learn new and existing software skills quickly.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to set protocols and templates in place for proficiency; experience with Excel.
Responsibilities:
  • Implements marketing and communications campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Ensures all promotional materials comply with the company’s brand and standards.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Conducts research on competitors.
  • Assists in developing communications strategy.
  • Manages promotional events and campaigns.

  • Experience outside of the media and entertainment background.

Qualification And

Education:
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
