Marketing Manager

• Develop and lead go-to-market and O+O promotional campaigns driving acquisition and retention
• Define campaign audiences, identify marketing placements, and analyze KPIs
• Manage CRM strategy, email campaigns, SMS, database management, subscription flows, and lifecycle campaigns
• Elevate organic social and paid media with the Director, Social Media
• Manage website and app merchandising and publish consumer-facing content
• Perform quality assurance for video episodes and review captions
• Manage Memberful/Patreon, Discord, live streamed video, media players, , and website publishing
• Identify video moments for short clips and develop content strategies
• Ideate and occasionally create graphics for website, email, and social platforms
• Manage content/posting release calendars and weekly and monthly marketing plans
• Monitor and moderate Discord, AMAs, live streams, and social channels
• Lead community engagement and user-generated-content activations
• Assist members and customers across email, Discord, social media, and website comments
• Develop customer-support and FAQ response guides
• Lead interactions with the external customer-support team
• Track monthly KPIs and provide performance insights and recommendations
• Translate business goals into marketing campaigns and community activations
• Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and new product features

• 3+ years of digital marketing, DTC subscription marketing, or related marketing experience
• Thorough understanding of organic social, community management, and paid marketing agencies
• Hands-on experience managing email and SMS marketing, customer segmentation, customer journeys, and email analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to adapt to existing processes and introduce workflow efficiencies
• Excellent work ethic and proactive, positive, can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with copywriting
• Thorough understanding of Google Suite apps, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms, and Calendar
• Overall technology proficiency

Demonstrates expertise in digital marketing strategies, particularly in DTC subscription marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management, community engagement, and performance analysis. Proficient in managing email and SMS marketing, customer segmentation, and utilizing Google Suite applications for effective project execution.
