Senior TikTok Shop Growth Manager

Blissy is one of the world’s leading luxury sleep and wellness brands, with products sold through our direct-to-consumer business and major retailers including Target, Nordstrom, and Amazon.

Tik Tok Shop is one of our fastest-growing channels, and we’re looking for an experienced operator to help scale it even further.

Reporting to the Director of Tik Tok Shop
, you’ll help execute and optimize our growth strategy across affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and day-to-day Tik Tok Shop operations.

• Execute Tik Tok Shop growth initiatives alongside the Director of Tik Tok Shop
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate and creator network
• Recruit, onboard, and manage creator relationships
• Develop affiliate campaigns, commission structures, and promotional strategies
• Help plan and optimize livestream shopping campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROI, affiliate performance) and identify growth opportunities
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to execute campaigns
• Stay current on Tik Tok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices

• 3+ years of hands-on Tik Tok Shop experience
• Proven success growing brands through affiliate marketing and creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok Shop Seller Center
• Experience with livestream commerce
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or premium consumer brands
• Experience at a Tik Tok Shop Partner (TSP) or social commerce agency
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools
