The Job:

We're looking for a Paid Social Coordinator to help run campaigns and keep things moving across Meta, Tik Tok, Reddit, Snapchat, and more. You'll be hands-on with campaign set up, reporting and optimizations while supporting a team that's all about collaboration and creativity.

What You'll Do:

• Set up ads and targeting in platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, Reddit and Snapchat
• Track and analyze audience reports and campaign performance
• Build weekly and ad hoc reports and QA the data
• Manage campaign screenshots, insertion orders and accounting information

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Experience in digital marketing a plus
• Comfortable with Excel;
  PowerPoint is a plus
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Organized, detail-driven, and great at time management
• Analytical thinker who can problem-solve with both data and creativity
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
• Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

California: $40,000.00 - $40,000.00

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
