Marketing Planning Coordinator

** About the Role & Team*
* As a Marketing Planning Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns for FX Networks within the Disney Entertainment Television Marketing Planning team. You will translate campaign needs into actionable work orders, track deliverables, and help maintain clear communication across Planning, Creative, Post/Finishing, and partner teams. You may also support cross-brand initiatives across ABC, Hulu, Freeform, and Disney Branded Television.

This role reports to the Manager, Operations.

** What You Will Do*
* + Translate campaign plans into clear, actionable work orders with accurate specifications and timelines.

+ Track marketing assets and deliverables from request through final delivery.

+ Partner with Creative, Post/Finishing, and Production teams to communicate requirements and resolve issues.

+ Coordinate with Strategy, Scheduling, and Media teams to gather and clarify campaign details.

+ Confirm assets meet technical specifications, naming conventions, and delivery requirements.

+ Monitor campaign progress and flag risks, delays, or conflicts for timely escalation.

+ Support clearance workflows and coordinate required approvals with Legal and Standards & Practices.

+ Maintain accurate data in planning and tracking systems, including Airtable, Salesforce, or similar tools.

+ Identify process inefficiencies and support standardized workflows and tools.

+ Support cross-brand campaigns as needed.

** Required

Qualifications & Skills *
* + 1+ years of experience in marketing operations, production coordination, project management, or a related field.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Demonstrated attention to detail in data accuracy, file management, and technical specifications.

+ Ability to identify issues and communicate risks and solutions clearly.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with experience using project management or workflow tools.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience supporting television or streaming marketing campaigns.

+ Familiarity with audiovisual or post-production workflows, file formats, naming conventions, and delivery specifications.

+ Understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle from planning through delivery.

+ Experience collaborating across creative, media, and production teams.

+ Familiarity with Airtable, Salesforce, or similar tools.

** Education*
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $54,000 to $72,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.  

A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
