Brand and Marketing Coordinator

• Support brand, content, and tentpole marketing campaigns from planning through launch.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, creative asset trafficking, campaign calendars, trackers, and deliverables.
• Partner with Creative, Programming, Media, Social, PR, Insights, Partnerships, Production, agencies, and international teams.
• Schedule meetings, capture action items, manage follow-ups, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Maintain campaign documents, presentations, shared resources, files, and status reports.
• Support executive updates, campaign recaps, performance reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
• Conduct competitive and industry research to identify streaming, content, and consumer trends and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or related experience, including internships/coordinator roles.
• Strong project coordination, organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Sheets.
• Experience supporting brand/content campaigns and media execution preferred.
• Entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brand experience preferred.
• Airtable, , Asana, or similar project management tools preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and interest in FAST/streaming preferred.
