SRB is seeking a full-time HS Youth Ministry/Confirmation Coordinator. We are looking for a team player passionate about the faith and youth ministry with experience working with large groups of teens and catechists, knowledge of catechetical studies/theology, and administrative tasks.

30-40 hours a week

• Brings new ideas to ministry and adds value to existing programs.
• Ability to plan, short and long term, while organizing workload.
• Proactive and willing to seek out solutions.
• Knowledge of:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, Mail Chimp, Event Registration Software, Database Management, Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
• Routine office procedures and business etiquette
• St. Robert Bellarmine Parish Staff Handbook policies and guidelines
• Archdiocesan and Church policies and organization

• Must be a practicing Roman Catholic
• From 3-5 years of Youth Ministry experience
• Engaging leadership & presentation skills
